目的:探讨中孕期胎儿系统超声检查切面的结果及其临床意义。方法将该院2012年10月—2014年10月接待的产前检查中孕期孕妇1600例作为研究对象,回顾性分析她们的临床资料,均于中孕期采取胎儿系统超声检查切面情况,包括9切面与32切面超声检查,观察记录不同数量超声切面筛查出畸形情况,并对比分析。结果该研究1600例中孕期孕妇中存在不同程度畸形有10例,包括唇裂1例、心脏畸形2例、唇腭裂2例、十二指肠闭锁1例、膈疝1例、多囊肾畸形1例、四肢畸形1例及肾缺如1例;采取32切面超声检查检出中孕期胎儿畸形敏感性、准确性及特异性皆高于9切面检查,二者在敏感性上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中孕期胎儿系统超声检查切面可取得比较良好的诊断结果,逐渐成为当前我国新生儿出生质量保障的一种产前筛查方式,临床建议采取32切面检查,可明显提高超声检查结果,值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the mid trimester fetal ultrasound sections of the results and clinical significance.Methods 1600 cases of pregnant women with prenatal examination in the hospital from October 2012 to October 2014 received as the research object, retrospective analysis of the clinical data of them were in pregnancy fetal ultrasound system take inspection section, including 9 sections and 32 sections of ultrasonic inspection, observation records of different number section ultrasonic screening out the abnormal situation, and comparative analysis.Results In this study, 1600 cases of pregnant women during pregnancy in different degree of deformity in 10 cases, including 1 cases of cleft lip, heart malformation in 2 cases, 2 cases of cleft lip and palate, duodenal atresia in 1 cases and diaphragmatic hernia in 1 cases, polycystic kidney malformation in 1 cases, limb deformity in 1 cases and 1 cases of renal agenesis; take 32 section ultrasonic inspection detection of fetal abnormalities check the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were higher than those of the 9 section examination, both have significant difference in sensitivity (P<0.05).Conclusion In pregnancy ultrasound fetal system aspect can have a good diagnosis for comparison, gradually become the current our country birth quality guarantee a prenatal screening, clinical suggests 32 section examination, can significantly improve the ultrasound examination results, is worth learning from.
