目的：研究B超在产后宫内胎盘残留清宫术中的应用。方法将120例产后宫内胎盘残留需行清宫术的患者分为观察组和对照组，观察组给予B超清宫术，对照组直接行清宫术。结果观察组平均手术时间、平均术中出血量均明显优于对照组，手术一次成功率为100%，高于对照组的65%，两组差异具有统计学意义。结论在B超监护下行清宫术能缩短手术时间，有效减轻了患者的痛苦，一次成功率高，临床应用价值较高。

목적：연구B초재산후궁내태반잔류청궁술중적응용。방법장120례산후궁내태반잔류수행청궁술적환자분위관찰조화대조조，관찰조급여B초청궁술，대조조직접행청궁술。결과관찰조평균수술시간、평균술중출혈량균명현우우대조조，수술일차성공솔위100%，고우대조조적65%，량조차이구유통계학의의。결론재B초감호하행청궁술능축단수술시간，유효감경료환자적통고，일차성공솔고，림상응용개치교고。
Objective To study the effect of B-mode ultrasonography in postpartum intrauterine curettage of retained placenta. Methods 120 patients of postpartum with intrauterine residual placenta who need complete curettage of uterine cavity were divided into observation group and control group, the observation group was given complete curettage of uterine cavity with sonography, control group was done directly.Results The observation group average operation time, intraoperative blood loss were significantly better than the control group, the operation a success rate of 100%, higher than the control group(65%); the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion Complete curettage of uterine cavity with sonography can shorten the operation time, effectively reduce the pain of the patients with a high success rate, higher clinical value.
