目的：观察芬太尼复合丙泊酚在老年三叉神经痛治疗中的麻醉效果及安全性。方法选择该院2011年5月—2014年5月期间所收治100例三叉神经痛患者，随机分为两组，均行三叉神经节射频热凝术，观察组采用丙泊酚复合芬太尼进行麻醉，对照组采用丙泊酚麻醉，观察记录两组麻醉前、诱导后、热凝时、苏醒时MAP、HR数值、丙泊酚用量、苏醒所用时间及术中体动、呼吸抑制、心动过缓发生率。结果观察组丙泊酚用量显著低于对照组(<0.05)，比较有统计学意义；苏醒时间观察组比对照组稍长，但差异无统计学意义(>0.05)；观察组体动、呼吸抑制、心动过缓发生率显著低于对照组(<0.05)，比较有统计学意义。结论丙泊酚复合芬太尼应用于老年三叉神经痛治疗中的麻醉效果满意，对患者心血管及呼吸影响轻，安全可靠，值得推广应用。

목적：관찰분태니복합병박분재노년삼차신경통치료중적마취효과급안전성。방법선택해원2011년5월—2014년5월기간소수치100례삼차신경통환자，수궤분위량조，균행삼차신경절사빈열응술，관찰조채용병박분복합분태니진행마취，대조조채용병박분마취，관찰기록량조마취전、유도후、열응시、소성시MAP、HR수치、병박분용량、소성소용시간급술중체동、호흡억제、심동과완발생솔。결과관찰조병박분용량현저저우대조조(<0.05)，비교유통계학의의；소성시간관찰조비대조조초장，단차이무통계학의의(>0.05)；관찰조체동、호흡억제、심동과완발생솔현저저우대조조(<0.05)，비교유통계학의의。결론병박분복합분태니응용우노년삼차신경통치료중적마취효과만의，대환자심혈관급호흡영향경，안전가고，치득추엄응용。
Objective To observe the anesthesia effectiveness and safety of popofol combined with fentanyl in treatment of elderly trigeminal neuralgia.Methods 100 cases of trigeminal neuralgia patients in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2014, undergoing trigeminal ganglion radiofrequency thermocoagulation, were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group adopted the propofol combined with fentanyl anesthesia, and the control group took the propofol anesthesia. Observed and recorded the two groups’ MAP, HR values, propofol dosage, the time spent awake and intraoperative body movement, respiratory depression, bradycardia incidence of before anesthesia, after induction, hot condensate, when awake.Results Dose of propofol observation group was significantly lower than the control group, so comparison has statistical significance (<0.05).The observation group’s recovery time is slightly longer than the control group’s, but the difference has not statistical significance(>0.05).The observation group’s body movement, respiratory depression and bradycardia incidence are significantly lower than that of control group, then comparison has statistical significance(<0.05).Conclusion Propofol combined with fentanyl anesthesia using in treatment of trigeminal neuralgia in elderly is satisfactory, and it has little effect on patients’ cardiovascular and respiratory, so is worthy of popularization and application.
