目的：分析疼痛控制护理在促进创伤性骨折患者术后康复中的应用效果。方法选取该院收治的创伤性骨折患者110例，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组给予疼痛控制护理，对照组给予常规护理，比较两组护理效果。结果观察组术后疼痛程度与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组住院天数、骨折愈合时间及关节功能评分等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)，差异有统计学意义。结论疼痛控制护理在促进创伤性骨折患者术后康复中应用效果良好，值得推广。
목적：분석동통공제호리재촉진창상성골절환자술후강복중적응용효과。방법선취해원수치적창상성골절환자110례，장기수궤분위관찰조여대조조，관찰조급여동통공제호리，대조조급여상규호리，비교량조호리효과。결과관찰조술후동통정도여대조조비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；관찰조주원천수、골절유합시간급관절공능평분등방면균우우대조조(P<0.05)，차이유통계학의의。결론동통공제호리재촉진창상성골절환자술후강복중응용효과량호，치득추엄。
Objective To analyze the application effect of pain management nursing on promoting the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with traumatic fracture.Methods 110 patients with traumatic fracture admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group. The observation group were given pain management nursing while the control group were given the conventional nursing. And the nursing results were compared between the two groups.Results The difference in the degree of postoperative pain between the observation group and control group was statistically significant(<0.05); compared with the control group, the length of stay and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter, and the joint function scores were better with statistical significance(<0.05).Conclusion Pain management nursing has good application effect on promoting the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with traumatic fracture, therefore it is worthy of promotion.
