目的：对小儿眼科手术中联合应用丙泊酚与小剂量氯胺酮麻醉效果进行分析，并总结。方法选取该院2013年9月—2014年9月收治150例眼科手术患儿，分为实验组与对照组。实验组采用小剂量氯胺酮与丙泊酚麻醉，对照组单纯给予氯胺酮麻醉。对比两组血流动力学变化、眼内压及不良反应发生率。结果实验组血流动力学及眼内压均比对照组稳定，副反应发生率也显著低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿眼科手术中采用小剂量氯胺酮复合丙泊酚麻醉方案，麻醉效果好。

목적：대소인안과수술중연합응용병박분여소제량록알동마취효과진행분석，병총결。방법선취해원2013년9월—2014년9월수치150례안과수술환인，분위실험조여대조조。실험조채용소제량록알동여병박분마취，대조조단순급여록알동마취。대비량조혈류동역학변화、안내압급불량반응발생솔。결과실험조혈류동역학급안내압균비대조조은정，부반응발생솔야현저저우대조조，량조비교차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론재소인안과수술중채용소제량록알동복합병박분마취방안，마취효과호。
Objective To analyze and summarize the anesthetic effect of propofol combined with low-dose ketamine in pediatric ophthalmic surgery.Methods 150 children underwent ophthalmic surgery admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 were randomized into the experimental group and the control group. The children in the experimental were anesthetized with low-dose ketamine and propofol, and the children in the control group were anesthetized with pure ketamine. Changes in haemodynamics, intra-ocular pressure and the incidence of side effect of the two groups were compared.Results The haemodynamics and the intra-ocular pressure of the experimental group were more stable than those of the control group. In addition, the incidence of side effect of the experimental group was obviously lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The anesthetic effect of low-dose ketamine combined with propofol in pediatric ophthalmic surgery is good.
