目的:探讨连续血液滤过(CVVH)在重症加强治疗病房(ICU)重症患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2013年1~12月期间该院ICU收治的50例应用CVVH重症患者作为观察组,同时选取50例常规治疗患者作为对照组,对比两组患者治疗前后的尿量、动脉pH值、血清肌酐及PLT、K、Na、Cl含量变化情况。结果①治疗后,观察组的尿量与动脉pH值均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②治疗后,观察组的血清肌酐值,PLT值、K、Na、Cl值均低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CVVH可以有效改善患者的肾脏灌注,降低血清肌酐、PLT、K、Na、Cl水平,稳定病情,有助于提高治疗效果。

목적:탐토련속혈액려과(CVVH)재중증가강치료병방(ICU)중증환자치료중적응용효과。방법선취2013년1~12월기간해원ICU수치적50례응용CVVH중증환자작위관찰조,동시선취50례상규치료환자작위대조조,대비량조환자치료전후적뇨량、동맥pH치、혈청기항급PLT、K、Na、Cl함량변화정황。결과①치료후,관찰조적뇨량여동맥pH치균명현저우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);②치료후,관찰조적혈청기항치,PLT치、K、Na、Cl치균저우대조조,단차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론 CVVH가이유효개선환자적신장관주,강저혈청기항、PLT、K、Na、Cl수평,은정병정,유조우제고치료효과。
Objective To investigate the continuous hemofiltration (CVVH) in the treatment of patients with severe application effect in ICU.Methods 50 cases with severe CVVH patients in our hospital from January to December 2013 were selected as the observation group, and selecting 50 cases with routine treatment were used as control group, Changes of the urine volume,arterial pH value, serum creatinine and PLT, K, Na, Cl content were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results (1) After treatment, urine volume and arterial pH values of observation group were significantly lower than the control group’s, the difference was statistically significance(P<0.05); (2) after treatment, serum creatinine value, PLT value, K, Na, Cl values of observation group were lower than control group, but the difference was not statistically significance(P>0.05).Conclusion CVVH can effectively improve the renal perfusion of patients, lower serum creatinine, PLT, K, Na, Cl levels, to make a stable condition, help to improve the therapeutic effect.
