目的：探讨胃肠造影与CT扫描联合诊断急腹症的临床价值。方法该研究随机选取2012年1月-2014年1月该院收治的50例急腹症患者为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各25例。利用胃肠造影与CT扫描联合检查观察组患者，利用胃肠造影检查对照组患者。检查结束后，对比分析两组患者的检查结果。结果观察组的病因诊断符合率(92.0%)明显大于对照组(72.0%)；两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用胃肠造影与CT扫描联合检查方法诊断急腹症，能够有效提高诊断结果的准确率，准确判断病因，从而为后期治疗提供准确参考。因此，该诊断方法具有较高的临床应用价值，值得大范围推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of gastrointestinal radiography and CT scan combined with diagnosis of a-cute abdomen. Methods 50 cases of patients with acute abdomen in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 as the re-search object, then they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 25 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group using gastrointestinal radiography and CT scan, patients in the control group using gastrointestinal radiography. After the inspection, the inspection results of two groups of patients were contrasted. Results The rate of etiological diagnosis ac-cord with the observation group (92%) was significantly higher than that of control group (72%);the differences of two groupswere statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Using gastrointestinal radiography and CT scan combined method for diagnosis of a-cute abdomen, can effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis results, accurate judgement pathogeny, which provides accurate reference for the treatment of late. Therefore, the diagnosis method has higher clinical application value, it is worth popularization and application in large range.
