目的：分析老年精神病患者护理工作中的护理要点，为临床护理工作提供参考。方法回顾性分析2013年11月-2014年11月期间在该院接受护理的96例老年精神病患者的临床资料，将患者随机分为观察组和参照组两组，其中观察组患者48例，采用全方位护理干预；参照组患者48例，采用普通护理手段，比较两组患者的护理满意率及治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为89.58%，护理满意率为100%，患者在护理期间未出现事故；参照组治疗总有效率为75%，护理满意率为58.33%，3例患者在护理期间出现事故。两组患者在治疗有效率、护理满意率、患者事故发生率对比中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结合老年精神病患者的病理特点，采用全方位护理干预能够稳定患者病情并提高患者的康复率，值得在临床护理上推广应用。

Objective To analyze the main points of nursing service for elderly patients with mental disease so as to provide reference for clinical nursing work. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 96 elderly patients with mental disease nursed in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2014. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and reference group. 48 cases in the observation group were given the comprehensive nursing intervention, and other 48 cases in the reference group were given the general nursing. And the nursing satisfaction rate and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the overall response rate was 89.58%, nursing satisfaction rate was 100%, there was no nursing accident during the period of nursing, and in the reference group that was 75%, 58.33%, 3 nursing accidents, respectively, the differences in the above three aspects between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with mental disease, comprehensive nursing intervention based on the pathological features of the disease can stabilize the disease and improve the recovery rate, which is worthy of application and promotion in clinical nursing.
