目的：研究探讨护理干预对于糖尿病孕妇在妊娠期的血糖控制效果。方法随机选取2011年1月-2014年1月前来该院就治的100例糖尿病孕妇随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，给予对照组常规护理，观察组采用系统性的护理干预，比较两组血糖控制效果。结果采用系统性护理干预的观察组血糖得到了有效的控制，孕妇在妊娠期的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白水平等都得到良好的改善，且改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病孕妇妊娠期进行系统性的护理干预能有效的控制患者的血糖水平，值得推广。
目的：研究探討護理榦預對于糖尿病孕婦在妊娠期的血糖控製效果。方法隨機選取2011年1月-2014年1月前來該院就治的100例糖尿病孕婦隨機分為觀察組和對照組各50例，給予對照組常規護理，觀察組採用繫統性的護理榦預，比較兩組血糖控製效果。結果採用繫統性護理榦預的觀察組血糖得到瞭有效的控製，孕婦在妊娠期的空腹血糖、餐後2h血糖以及糖化血紅蛋白水平等都得到良好的改善，且改善情況明顯優于對照組(P<0.05)。結論對糖尿病孕婦妊娠期進行繫統性的護理榦預能有效的控製患者的血糖水平，值得推廣。
목적：연구탐토호리간예대우당뇨병잉부재임신기적혈당공제효과。방법수궤선취2011년1월-2014년1월전래해원취치적100례당뇨병잉부수궤분위관찰조화대조조각50례，급여대조조상규호리，관찰조채용계통성적호리간예，비교량조혈당공제효과。결과채용계통성호리간예적관찰조혈당득도료유효적공제，잉부재임신기적공복혈당、찬후2h혈당이급당화혈홍단백수평등도득도량호적개선，차개선정황명현우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론대당뇨병잉부임신기진행계통성적호리간예능유효적공제환자적혈당수평，치득추엄。
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on controlling the blood glucose in pregnant women with gestational diabetes. Methods 100 cases with gestational diabetes admitted to our hospital between January 2011 and January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and control group with 50 cases in each. The control group were given the usual care, while the observation group were given the systematic nursing intervention. And the status of blood glucose control was compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group treated by systematic nursing intervention, the blood glucose was controlled effectively, and the improvement in the levels of fasting blood glucose, 2 hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin was significant, moreover, the improvement was much better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For gestational diabetes, systematic nursing intervention can control the blood glucose level effectively, therefore it is worthy of promotion.
