目的:研究溶栓(尿激酶)联合抗凝(低分子肝素)治疗下肢深静脉血栓的临床效果。方法将整群抽取的该院收治的84例下肢深静脉血栓患者抽签随机分为研究组(42例)与对照组(42例),均采取低分子肝素抗凝治疗,研究组另给予尿激酶溶栓治疗,治疗14 d后比较两组临床疗效及患肢髌缘上下5 cm周径差变化。结果研究组治疗总有效率97.62%VS 78.57%显著较高(P<0.05);研究组髌缘上5 cm周径差及髌缘下5 cm周径差分别为(2.68±1.84)cm、(2.84±1.97)cm VS对照组(4.12±2.81)cm、(4.35±3.03)cm显著较低,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿激酶溶栓治疗联合低分子肝素抗凝治疗下肢深静脉效果显著,优于单一抗凝治疗,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of thrombolytic (urokinase) combined with anticoagulation (low molecular weight heparin) in the treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. Methods 84 cases of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis patients were randomly divided into study group (42 cases) and control group (42 cases), adopted low molecular weight heparin an-ticoagulant therapy, study group were also given thrombolytic therapy, after treating in 14d compared clinical efficacy and the limb patellar edge diameter difference under 5cm weeks change of two groups. Results The total effective rate of study group (97.62%) was significantly higher than that of control group(78.57%) (P< 0.05); the study group on patellar edge 5cm circumference differ-ence and patellar margin 5cm circumference difference were (2.68±1.84) cm,(2.84±1.97) cm VS control group (4.12±2.81) cm, (4.35±3.03)cm, was significantly lower, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclu-sion Urokinase thrombolytic therapy combined with low molecular weight heparin anticoagulant therapy for lower extremity deep venous is of significant curative effect and is better than single anticoagulant therapy, so it deserves the clinical expansion.
