目的：研究前列地尔联合银杏叶注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法随机选取该院神经内科收治的急性脑梗死患者110例，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组55例，两组均给予常规治疗，对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予银杏叶注射液进行治疗，研究组在常规治疗的基础上给予前列地尔联合银杏叶注射液进行治疗，比较两组的临床疗效和神经功能损伤评分。结果研究组的总有效率92.3豫(51/55)显著高于对照组的总有效率为72.7豫(40/55)(P<0.05)；治疗后两组神经功能缺损评分分别为(10.2±1.2)分和(16.8±2.1)分，均显著优于治疗前(P<0.05)；研究组治疗后神经功能缺损评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔联合银杏叶注射液治疗急性脑梗死可以显著改善患者的神经功能，改善其临床症状。
목적：연구전렬지이연합은행협주사액치료급성뇌경사적림상효과。방법수궤선취해원신경내과수치적급성뇌경사환자110례，수궤분위연구조화대조조，매조55례，량조균급여상규치료，대조조재상규치료적기출상급여은행협주사액진행치료，연구조재상규치료적기출상급여전렬지이연합은행협주사액진행치료，비교량조적림상료효화신경공능손상평분。결과연구조적총유효솔92.3예(51/55)현저고우대조조적총유효솔위72.7예(40/55)(P<0.05)；치료후량조신경공능결손평분분별위(10.2±1.2)분화(16.8±2.1)분，균현저우우치료전(P<0.05)；연구조치료후신경공능결손평분현저저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론전렬지이연합은행협주사액치료급성뇌경사가이현저개선환자적신경공능，개선기림상증상。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of alprostadil combined with?ginkgo?biloba?injection in treating acute?cere-bral infarction. Methods 110 cases with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from neurology department were selected. They were divided into two groups randomly, 55 cases in each group. They were all given conventional treatment. The control group was then given ginkgo biloba injection on the basis of conventional treatment and observation group was given alprostadil combined with ginkgo biloba injection. Compare the clinical effect and neurological severity score of the two groups. Results Total effective of observation group was 92.3%(51/55), obviously higher than control group 72.7%(40/55) (P<0.05);neurological severity score of the two groups were (10.2±1.2) and (16.8±2.1), obviously better than before treatment (P<0.05); neurological severity score of ob-servation group was obviously lower than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Alprostadil combined with?ginkgo?biloba?injection in treating acute cerebral infarction can improve the neurological function and clinical symptom of the patients.
