目的：探讨氯吡格雷与阿司匹林治疗老年冠心病的临床疗效。方法整群选取2012年1月-2013年1月期间该院收治的92例老年冠心病患者为研究对象，根据治疗方式的不同分为两组，对照组患者给予阿司匹林治疗，观察组患者给予氯吡格雷治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗效果明显高于对照组患者，P<0.05，观察组患者治疗后的PT、APTT指标明显优于对照组患者，且不良反应也比对照组少，P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论氯吡格雷与阿司匹林治疗老年冠心病的临床疗效相比，前者的治疗效果更加显著，可以改善患者的相关指标，不良反应较少，具有较高的临床使用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of clopidogrel and aspirin in the treatment of senile coronary heart dis-ease. Methods From January 2012 to January 2013 92 cases of senile coronary heart disease patients in our hospital as the re-search object, according to the different treatment methods into two groups, patients in control group were treated with aspirin treatment, observation group were treated with clopidogrel treatment, compared two groups of patients with curative effect. Results The patients in the observation group treatment effect was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group, P< 0.05, patients in the observation group after treatment PT, APTT index was significantly better than the control group of patients, and the adverse reactions are less than the control group, P< 0.05, with significant difference. Conclusion Compared the clinical efficacy of clopidogrel and aspirin in treatment of senile coronary heart disease, the former treatment effect is more significant, correlation index can improve the patients, less adverse reaction, has high clinical value.
