目的：探讨异丙酚复合麻醉在人工流产术中的应用效果，同时对患者术后恢复卵巢排卵进行检测分析。方法整群选取58例2012年6月-2014年2月在该院进行人工流产术的妊娠妇女临床资料作回顾分析，将其分成观察组与对照组进行比较。其中观察组共29例，采用异丙酚复合麻醉，对照组29例妊娠妇女使用利多卡因局部麻醉，对两组镇痛效果、清醒时间、术中出血量以及术后排卵情况进行观察并记录，根据两组间比较结果做出评价。结果数据分析结果显示，观察组镇痛总体有效率为96.55%，对照组为82.76%，P<0.01，明显看出观察组镇痛效果更好；两种手术方法下手术时间及术中出血量、术后自主离开时间，两组相接近，差异无统计学意义，P>0.05；观察对象中全部排卵正常，3周内即可正常排卵23人，占39.66%，其余4周内即可正常排卵，占60.34%，平均排卵时间为(43.2±12.3)d。结论在人工流产术中使用异丙酚复合麻醉镇痛效果显著，可有效减轻术者负担，且术后排卵正常，临床使用价值高。

목적：탐토이병분복합마취재인공유산술중적응용효과，동시대환자술후회복란소배란진행검측분석。방법정군선취58례2012년6월-2014년2월재해원진행인공유산술적임신부녀림상자료작회고분석，장기분성관찰조여대조조진행비교。기중관찰조공29례，채용이병분복합마취，대조조29례임신부녀사용리다잡인국부마취，대량조진통효과、청성시간、술중출혈량이급술후배란정황진행관찰병기록，근거량조간비교결과주출평개。결과수거분석결과현시，관찰조진통총체유효솔위96.55%，대조조위82.76%，P<0.01，명현간출관찰조진통효과경호；량충수술방법하수술시간급술중출혈량、술후자주리개시간，량조상접근，차이무통계학의의，P>0.05；관찰대상중전부배란정상，3주내즉가정상배란23인，점39.66%，기여4주내즉가정상배란，점60.34%，평균배란시간위(43.2±12.3)d。결론재인공유산술중사용이병분복합마취진통효과현저，가유효감경술자부담，차술후배란정상，림상사용개치고。
Objective To study the application effects of propofol combined with anesthesia in abortion,while monitor and analyze the recovery of ovulation after abortion. Methods To retrospectively analyze 58 pregnant women's clinical data who received abor-tion from June 2012 to February 2014 in our hospital, and divided into observation group and control group.29 cases each group. The observation group adopted the combined anesthesia with propofol, and the control group took local anesthesia with Lido-cainum. Recorded and compared the analgesic effects, awakening time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative ovulation of two groups,making evaluations the comparison results between the two groups. Results According to data analysis results, the total ef-fective rate of analgesia of observation group and control group were 96.55%and 82.76%(P<0.01),so analgesic effect of observation group is evidently better; time of operation, intraoperative blood loss, time of automatic discharges after surgery of two group were not significantly different (P>0.05); three weeks, there were 23 normal cases in ovulation (39.66%); the remaining four weeks had normal ovulation(60.34%) (P<0.05); the average time of ovulation was(43.21±2.3)d. Conclusion During the induced abortion oper-ation process, combined anesthesia with propofol has an obvious effect in effectively reducing the patients'burdens. After surgery, the patients are recovered in terms of ovulation. It has a higher value in clinical application.
