目的:研究小儿心律失常使用小剂量胺碘酮维持治疗的临床效果及安全性,观察其对甲状腺激素水平的影响。方法随机选取100例该院2012年8月-2014年8月期间收治的心律失常患儿。所有患儿按随机抽样法分为两组各50例。其中50例患儿口服盐酸普罗帕酮片进行治疗作为对照组,另50例患儿口服小剂量盐酸胺碘酮片进行治疗作为观察组。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率分别为96%、6%,明显好于对照组患儿的82%、16%,P<0.05;而治疗前后对比甲状腺激素水平发现,观察组、对照组治疗后T3水平有所下降,T4、TSH水平有所上升,但均无差异,P>0.05;而观察组与对照组相比,治疗前后T3、T4、TSH水平均无差异,P>0.05。结论小剂量胺碘酮对于小儿心律失常治疗效果显著,不良反应少,对甲状腺激素水平无影响,值得临床应用及推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of maintenance therapy of small dose of amiodarone for Arrhythmia in children and observe its influence on thyroid hormone level. Methods 100 patients with arrhythmia admitted to our hospital be-tween August 2012 and August 2014 were selected. All children were randomly divided into two groups of 50 cases. 50 cases of oral Propatenone Hydrochloride Tablets were treated as control group, another 50 cases of low-dose oral Amiodarone Hydrochlo-ride Tablets were treated as the observation group. Results The observation group with total efficiency of treatment, the incidence of adverse reaction were 96%, 6%, significantly better than the control group children were 82%, 16%, P< 0.05; and compared before and after treatment of thyroid hormone level was found, the observation group, the T3 level of control group were decreased, T4, TSH levels increased, but no the difference, P> 0.05; observation group compared with the control group, there were no dif-ference before and after treatment T3, T4, TSH level, P> 0.05. Conclusion small dose of amiodarone in pediatric arrhythmia sig-nificant therapeutic effect, less adverse reaction, no effect on the level of thyroid hormone, is worthy of clinical application and pro-motion.
