目的:探讨氯胺酮复合丙泊酚应用于小儿手术麻醉中的效果,为今后临床麻醉提供参考。方法随机选取2014年1-12月期间80例由医院门诊收入后需行外科手术的患儿为研究对象,根据患儿入院先后顺序将其分为研究组与对照组,两组各40例。对照组术前麻醉单纯予以氯胺酮,研究组在对照组基础上复合丙泊酚。观察并比较患儿一般情况。结果两组患儿手术时SPO2相比,P<0.05;手术时心率、收缩压相比,P<0.001;苏醒期心率、收缩压、SPO2比较,P<0.001;不良反应、氯胺酮用量以及清醒时间上相比,P<0.001;上述差异均具有统计学意义。结论小儿手术麻醉时予以氯胺酮复合丙泊酚的效果确切,有利于稳定血压、心率,不良反应明显降低,苏醒更快,安全性高,值得推广并应用。

목적:탐토록알동복합병박분응용우소인수술마취중적효과,위금후림상마취제공삼고。방법수궤선취2014년1-12월기간80례유의원문진수입후수행외과수술적환인위연구대상,근거환인입원선후순서장기분위연구조여대조조,량조각40례。대조조술전마취단순여이록알동,연구조재대조조기출상복합병박분。관찰병비교환인일반정황。결과량조환인수술시SPO2상비,P<0.05;수술시심솔、수축압상비,P<0.001;소성기심솔、수축압、SPO2비교,P<0.001;불량반응、록알동용량이급청성시간상상비,P<0.001;상술차이균구유통계학의의。결론소인수술마취시여이록알동복합병박분적효과학절,유리우은정혈압、심솔,불량반응명현강저,소성경쾌,안전성고,치득추엄병응용。
Objective To observe the effect of ketamine combined with propofol in the Anesthesia surgery and to provide the refer-ence for the future. Methods Selection in January 2014 to December 2014 80 cases by the hospital outpatient service income re-quires surgical patients as the research object, according to the children in hospital order will be divided into research group and control group, two groups of 40 cases in each. Control group preoperative anesthesia alone with ketamine, the team in the control group on the basis of composite propofol. To observe and compare children in general. Results Two groups of children with surgi-cal compared SPO2, P< 0.05; Compared surgery when heart rate and systolic blood pressure, P< 0.001; Wake up heart rate and systolic blood pressure and SPO2, P< 0.001; Adverse reaction, the dosage of ketamine and than waking hours, P< 0.001; The above are statistically significant. Conclusion Pediatric surgery anesthesia with ketamine composite effect of propofol, exactly con-ducive to the stability of blood pressure, heart rate, and significantly lower adverse reactions, wake up faster, high safety, is worth popularization and application.
