目的：探讨氯胺酮复合丙泊酚应用于小儿手术麻醉中的效果，为今后临床麻醉提供参考。方法随机选取2014年1-12月期间80例由医院门诊收入后需行外科手术的患儿为研究对象，根据患儿入院先后顺序将其分为研究组与对照组，两组各40例。对照组术前麻醉单纯予以氯胺酮，研究组在对照组基础上复合丙泊酚。观察并比较患儿一般情况。结果两组患儿手术时SPO2相比，P<0.05；手术时心率、收缩压相比，P<0.001；苏醒期心率、收缩压、SPO2比较，P<0.001；不良反应、氯胺酮用量以及清醒时间上相比，P<0.001；上述差异均具有统计学意义。结论小儿手术麻醉时予以氯胺酮复合丙泊酚的效果确切，有利于稳定血压、心率，不良反应明显降低，苏醒更快，安全性高，值得推广并应用。
목적：탐토록알동복합병박분응용우소인수술마취중적효과，위금후림상마취제공삼고。방법수궤선취2014년1-12월기간80례유의원문진수입후수행외과수술적환인위연구대상，근거환인입원선후순서장기분위연구조여대조조，량조각40례。대조조술전마취단순여이록알동，연구조재대조조기출상복합병박분。관찰병비교환인일반정황。결과량조환인수술시SPO2상비，P<0.05；수술시심솔、수축압상비，P<0.001；소성기심솔、수축압、SPO2비교，P<0.001；불량반응、록알동용량이급청성시간상상비，P<0.001；상술차이균구유통계학의의。결론소인수술마취시여이록알동복합병박분적효과학절，유리우은정혈압、심솔，불량반응명현강저，소성경쾌，안전성고，치득추엄병응용。
Objective To observe the effect of ketamine combined with propofol in the Anesthesia surgery and to provide the refer-ence for the future. Conclusion Pediatric surgery anesthesia with ketamine composite effect of propofol, exactly con-ducive to the stability of blood pressure, heart rate, and significantly lower adverse reactions, wake up faster, high safety, is worth popularization and application.
