目的：研究和探讨对慢性充血性心衰患者采用厄贝沙坦结合美托洛尔进行临床治疗的情况及效果。方法随机抽选2011年4月-2014年4月以来，在该院心内科进行临床治疗的100例慢性充血性心衰患者。按照随机数字表法将他们平均的划分成对照组和观察组两组(每组患者各50例)，分别采用常规方法和厄贝沙坦结合美托洛尔进行临床治疗，并就两组患者的临床治疗情况及效果进行对比、分析和统计。结果统计学比较显示，观察组的DBP、SBP、HR、LVESd、LVEDd以及LVEF水平较之治疗前明显改善，且明显优于对照组患者，临床总有效率(92.0%)明显高于对照组患者(74.0%)，组内及组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用厄贝沙坦结合美托洛尔对慢性充血性心衰患者进行临床治疗的效果显著，能够有效改善患者的临床症状，促进心功能的恢复，因此，它是一种有效、理想、科学的临床诊治方法。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of irbesartan combined with metoprolol in the treatment of patients with chronic congestive heart failure. Methods Randomly selected from April 2011 to April 2014, 100 cases of chronic congestive heart failure patients in clinical treatment in the Department of Cardiology in our hospital. According to the random number table method, will they average divided into the observation group and the control group (two patients in each group with 50 cases in each group), re-spectively, using the routine method and the combination of irbesartan and metoprolol in clinical treatment, and carries on the con-trast, analysis and statistics on the clinical treatment and the effect of two groups of patients. Results The statistical comparison shows, the observation group DBP, SBP, HR, LVESd, LVEDd and LVEF levels than before treatment significantly improved, and significantly better than the control group of patients, the clinical total effective rate(92%) was significantly higher than that in con-trol group (74% patients), the intra and inter group comparison was significant difference, with statistical significance (P< 0.05). Conclusion Using the combination of irbesartan and metoprolol for clinical treatment in patients with chronic congestive heart fail-ure, significant effect, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, promote the recovery of ventricular function, therefore, it is an effective, scientific, ideal for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
