目的：探究全身麻醉和硬膜外麻醉对老年骨科患者术后短期认知功能的影响程度。方法随机抽取2013年8月-2014年8月在该院就诊的老年骨科患者进行临床研究，随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组患者接受硬膜外麻醉，对照组患者接受全身麻醉，观察记录两组患者在术后的短期认知功能并比对。结果术后24、48 h及麻醉前后两组患者的MMSE评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在术后6 h和12 h患者的认知功能差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硬膜外麻醉对老年骨科患者术后短期认知功能具有较小的影响，有助于术后患者的恢复。
목적：탐구전신마취화경막외마취대노년골과환자술후단기인지공능적영향정도。방법수궤추취2013년8월-2014년8월재해원취진적노년골과환자진행림상연구，수궤분위관찰조여대조조，관찰조환자접수경막외마취，대조조환자접수전신마취，관찰기록량조환자재술후적단기인지공능병비대。결과술후24、48 h급마취전후량조환자적MMSE평분차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。재술후6 h화12 h환자적인지공능차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론경막외마취대노년골과환자술후단기인지공능구유교소적영향，유조우술후환자적회복。
Objective To explore the general anesthesia and epidural anesthesia on the degree of influence of short-term cognitive function in elderly patients in the department of orthopedics after surgery. Methods Clinical study were selected from August 2013 to August 2014 in our hospital, elderly patients in the department of orthopedics, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group patients received epidural anesthesia, patients in the control group received general anesthesia, records of two patients in the postoperative short-term cognitive function and comparison. Results After 24 hours, 48 hours and anesthesia before and after the patients of the two groups with MMSE score had no significant difference (P>0.05). Has a statistically significant difference in postoperative 6 hours and 12 hours of cognitive function of the patients (P<0.05). Conclusion The effects of epidural anesthesia on cognitive function in the elderly with smaller short-term department of orthopedics patients after surgery, contribute to the recovery of the patients after surgery.
