目的：对该院110例耳鸣患者的神经内科临床治疗进行探究，对其治疗效果和治疗方法进行总结。方法随机选择2012年4月-2013年5月该院110例耳鸣患者作为研究对象，随机将其分成实验组和对照组，实验组50例，对照组60例。对照组患者给予常规的西比灵药物治疗，实验组患者在对照组患者治疗的基础上加用敏使朗药物，之后对两组患者的治疗效果和全血粘度性指标进行比较分析。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率为94.00%，对照组患者的治疗总有效率是45.00%；实验组患者的血浆黏度、全血黏度低切值分别为(12.29±2.57)、(1.35±0.26)；对照组患者的血浆黏度、全血黏度低切值分别为(14.93±3.54)、(1.61±0.45)。实验组患者的治疗总有效率、血浆黏度、全血黏度低切均优于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西比灵联合敏使朗治疗耳鸣疾病具有积极的临床应用效果，值得实践和推广。

Objective To study for 110 cases of hospital patients with tinnitus neural Department of internal medicine clinical treatment, to explore the effect of treatment and the treatment method. Methods Selected from April 2012 to May 2013 in our hos-pital 110 cases of tinnitus patients as the research object, according to a randomized method, divided into experimental group and control group, 60 cases in the experimental group, the control group for 50 cases. Patients in control group were treated with flu-narizine routine drug treatment, patients in the experimental group with betahistine treatment in the control group patients based on the index, after the treatment effect and blood viscosity of two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results The treat-ment of the patients in the experimental group the total efficiency is 94%, the total effective rate of the control group is 45%; the patients in the experimental group the plasma viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity values were(12.29±2.57), (1.35±0.26); pa-tients in the control group the plasma viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity values were(14.93±3.54), (1.61±0.45), the effective rate of treatment, plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Flunarizine combined with betahistine treatment of tinnitus disease with clinical application of positive effect, which is worthy of application and promotion.
