目的:探讨IMP-3、Glypican-3在肝细胞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法以104例肝细胞癌作为观察组,以52例正常肝组织作为对照组,应用免疫组化方法检测IMP-3、Glypican-3的表达,探讨IMP-3、Glypican-3的关系及临床意义。结果观察组中IMP-3、Glypican-3阳性率分别为62.50%和76.92%,对照组为37.55%和23.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组中IMP-3、Glypican-3的表达与肿瘤的最大径、分化程度、TNM分期、脉管浸润及转移具有相关性。 IMP-3、Glypican-3呈正相关性,相关系数r=0.47(P=0.01)。结论肝细胞癌中IMP-3、Glypican-3高表达且具有协同作用,对肿瘤的发生和进展可能有重要的促进作用。

목적:탐토IMP-3、Glypican-3재간세포암중적표체급림상의의。방법이104례간세포암작위관찰조,이52례정상간조직작위대조조,응용면역조화방법검측IMP-3、Glypican-3적표체,탐토IMP-3、Glypican-3적관계급림상의의。결과관찰조중IMP-3、Glypican-3양성솔분별위62.50%화76.92%,대조조위37.55%화23.08%,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),관찰조중IMP-3、Glypican-3적표체여종류적최대경、분화정도、TNM분기、맥관침윤급전이구유상관성。 IMP-3、Glypican-3정정상관성,상관계수r=0.47(P=0.01)。결론간세포암중IMP-3、Glypican-3고표체차구유협동작용,대종류적발생화진전가능유중요적촉진작용。
Objective To explore the expression of IMP-3 and Glypican-3 in hepatocellular carcinoma and the clinical signifi-cance between them. Methods 104 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma was included as the observation group and 52 cases with normal liver tissue were included as the control group. The expression of IMP-3 and Glypican-3 were detected using immunohis-tochemical method. The relationship and clinical significance of Glypican-3 and IMP-3 was discussed. Results The positive rate of IMP-3, Glypican-3 were 62.50%and 76.92%respectively in the observation group, and that were significantly higher than the control group of 37.55%and 23.08%, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). IMP-3, Glypican-3 expression had re-lationship with tumor size, degree of differentiation, TNM stage, vascular invasion and metastasis. The expression of IMP-3 in the observation group had a positive correlation with Glypican-3 and the correlation coefficient r=0.47(P=0.01). Conclusion Glypican-3 and IMP-3 have a synergistic effect in hepatocellular carcinoma and they may have an important role in promoting the hepato-cellular carcinoma.
