目的：探讨中药结合抗生素治疗盆腔炎的临床效果。方法选取该院收治的盆腔炎患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组采用抗生素进行治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上结合中药清盆汤进行治疗。结果治疗组患者经过治疗后，总有效率64.0%。治疗组患者经过治疗后，总有效率97.0%。结论中药结合抗生素治疗盆腔炎的临床效果明显，要比单独使用抗生素治疗盆腔炎的临床效果好，值得推广。

목적：탐토중약결합항생소치료분강염적림상효과。방법선취해원수치적분강염환자위연구대상，수궤분위대조조화치료조，대조조채용항생소진행치료，치료조재대조조치료적기출상결합중약청분탕진행치료。결과치료조환자경과치료후，총유효솔64.0%。치료조환자경과치료후，총유효솔97.0%。결론중약결합항생소치료분강염적림상효과명현，요비단독사용항생소치료분강염적림상효과호，치득추엄。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with antibiotics in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods Select of pelvic inflammatory disease patients in our hospital as the research object,ran-domly divided into treatment group and control group, the control group used antibiotic treatment, the treatment group based on the control group treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction for treating cleaning basin. Results The treat-ment group after treatment, the total efficiency of 64%. The treatment group after treatment, the total efficiency of 97%. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with the clinical effect of antibioticsin the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease signifi-cantly, than the clinical effect of treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease using antibiotics alone is good, worthy of promotion.
