目的：观察环磷酰苷葡胺与1，6二磷酸果糖治疗小儿心肌炎的疗效，探讨最佳治疗方案。方法将235例病毒性心肌炎患儿随机分为治疗组115例，对照组120例。两组患儿采用抗感染、卧床休息、镇静及静滴维生素C治疗，治疗组在此基础上加环磷酰苷葡胺10~30 mg/d和1，6二磷酸果糖150 mg/(kg·d)。对照组在此基础上加水溶性维生素1/3-1支和辅酶Q105-10 mg/d。两组疗程均为10 d，观察两组治疗效果。结果患儿症状、体征、心肌酶谱变化方面，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为78.33%、92.17%，治疗组患者总有效率显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组心肌酶恢复总有效率96.52%，对照组为80.83%，治疗组显著由于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论环磷酰苷葡胺与1，6二磷酸果糖治疗小儿心肌炎效果明显，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate and curative effect of 1, 6 of two fructose diphosphate in treating pediatric viral myocarditis, and to explore the optimal treatment program. Methods 235 cases of viral my-ocarditis were randomly divided into treatment group 115 cases, control group 120 cases. Two groups were treated with anti infec-tion, bed rest, sedation and intravenous vitamin C therapy, the treatment group based on the ring P adenosine meglumine 10-30 mg of/d and 1, 6 and two phosphoric acid fructose 150 mg/(kg·d). The control group on the basis of this water soluble vitamin 1/3-1 and coenzyme Q105-10 mg of/d support. Two groups were treated for 10 days, observe the treatment effect of the two groups. Results The symptoms, signs, the changes of myocardial enzyme spectrum, treatment group total effectiveness 92.17%, the com-parison group total effectiveness 78.33%, the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There are 96.52%total efficiency of treatment group in myocardial enzyme re-covery, significantly higher than that in the control group 80.83%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate and 1, 6 and two phosphoric acid fructose in treatment of children with myocarditis effect is obvious, it is worthy of clinical application.
