目的：探讨硬膜外自控镇痛在老年骨折手术患者中的应用效果。方法随机选取该院于2012年1月-2014年1月收治的80例老年骨折手术患者，将其完全随机的分为观察组与对照组，每组40例，分别给予硬膜外自控镇痛和静脉自控镇痛，对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果术后不同时间，观察组的血清疼痛依存指标均显著优于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外，观察组患者术后疼痛评分显著低于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硬膜外自控镇痛在老年骨折手术患者中的应用效果较好，值得在临床中广泛应用。
목적：탐토경막외자공진통재노년골절수술환자중적응용효과。방법수궤선취해원우2012년1월-2014년1월수치적80례노년골절수술환자，장기완전수궤적분위관찰조여대조조，매조40례，분별급여경막외자공진통화정맥자공진통，대비분석량조적치료효과。결과술후불동시간，관찰조적혈청동통의존지표균현저우우대조조환자，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。차외，관찰조환자술후동통평분현저저우대조조환자，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론경막외자공진통재노년골절수술환자중적응용효과교호，치득재림상중엄범응용。
Objective To observe the effect of epidural analgesia application fractures in elderly patients. Methods In our hospital from 2012 January to 2014 January were treated 80 cases of elderly patients with fracture surgery, which is completely random di-vided into two groups with the control group (40 cases) were given epidural analgesia and intravenous analgesia, comparative anal-ysis of treatment effects between the two groups. Results At different times after serum indicators of pain interdependence observa-tion group were significantly better than the control group of patients, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In addi-tion, postoperative pain scores observation group was significantly lower than the control group of patients, the difference was sta-tistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of epidural analgesia application fractures in elderly patients better, worth in clinical widely used.
