目的：比较带锁髓内钉和动力加压钢板在四肢创伤骨折后骨不连治疗中的应用效果。方法2012年1月-2014年6月间该院收治的四肢创伤骨折后骨不连患者62例，随机分为加压钢板组(31例)和髓内钉组(31例)，比较两组手术相关指标及骨折愈合和膝关节功能恢复情况。结果与加压钢板组相比，髓内钉组术中输血量和术后引流量更低，骨折愈合时间更短，术后感染率(3.23%)更低，随访6个月，患者膝关节功能IKDC评分和Lysholm评分更优，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论带锁髓内钉治疗四肢创伤骨折后骨不连优于动力加压钢板。

목적：비교대쇄수내정화동력가압강판재사지창상골절후골불련치료중적응용효과。방법2012년1월-2014년6월간해원수치적사지창상골절후골불련환자62례，수궤분위가압강판조(31례)화수내정조(31례)，비교량조수술상관지표급골절유합화슬관절공능회복정황。결과여가압강판조상비，수내정조술중수혈량화술후인류량경저，골절유합시간경단，술후감염솔(3.23%)경저，수방6개월，환자슬관절공능IKDC평분화Lysholm평분경우，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론대쇄수내정치료사지창상골절후골불련우우동력가압강판。
Objective To compare the effect of interlocking intramedullary nail and dynamic compression plate in the trauma of limbs bone nonunion of fracture. Methods 62 patients with trauma of limbs bone nonunion of fracture from January 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital, were randomly divided into compression plate group (31cases) and intramedullary nail group (31cases), com-pared clinical effect. Results Compared with the compression plate and intramedullary nail group, the amount of blood transfusion and surgery group after the drainage of lower, shorter fracture healing time, postoperative infection rate (3.23%) lower, after 6 months, knee IKDC score and Lysholm score was better (P<0.05). Conclusion The interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of wounds in limbs bone nonunion of fracture is better than that of dynamic compression plate.
