目的：探究消银片联合二硫化硒洗剂治疗寻常型痤疮的临床效果。方法随机选取该院收治的寻常型痤疮患者220例，随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者仅予二硫化硒洗剂进行治疗，观察组患者采用消银片联合二硫化硒洗剂进行治疗。比较两组用药后的效果和不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，不良反应发生率显著低于对照组，两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消银片联合二硫化硒洗剂治疗寻常型痤疮相比于单用二硫化硒洗剂，不仅疗效更优，而且能够减小不良反应的出现风险。
목적：탐구소은편연합이류화서세제치료심상형좌창적림상효과。방법수궤선취해원수치적심상형좌창환자220례，수궤분위대조조화관찰조。대조조환자부여이류화서세제진행치료，관찰조환자채용소은편연합이류화서세제진행치료。비교량조용약후적효과화불량반응정황。결과관찰조치료총유효솔명현고우대조조，불량반응발생솔현저저우대조조，량조비교차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론소은편연합이류화서세제치료심상형좌창상비우단용이류화서세제，불부료효경우，이차능구감소불량반응적출현풍험。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xiaoyin Tablets combined with Selenium Sulfide Lotion in treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods Selected 220 cases with?acne vulgaris and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group adopted the therapy of Selenium Sulfide Lotion combined with oral Xiaoyin Tablets,and the control group used Sele-nium Sulfide Lotion only.Compared the clinical curative effects and adverse reactions of two groups. Results The total efficiency of the observation group increased significantly ,the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group reduced significantly, there were significant differences compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaoyin Tablets combined with Selenium Sulfide Lotion has better effect in the treatment of acne vulgaris,which is worth promoting in the clinical treatment and can reduce the risk of adverse reactions .
