目的：探讨外伤性脑梗塞的治疗方法，从而提高治疗效果。方法随机选取自2007年1月-2014年9月来该院就诊的400例外伤性脑梗塞患者。并对其临床表现、诊断以及治疗等情况进行分析。结果按照GOS回复标准对患者的术后情况进行评价，其中恢复良好的患者有100例(25%)，中残的患者有130例(32.5%)，重残的患者有70例(17.5%)，植物生存的患者有30例(7.5%)，死亡的患者有70例(17.5%)。结论外伤性脑梗塞的发病机制种类多而且复杂，因此患者应该及时到医院就诊，并进行相关治疗，对降低患者的致残和致死率有着很大的效果。
목적：탐토외상성뇌경새적치료방법，종이제고치료효과。방법수궤선취자2007년1월-2014년9월래해원취진적400예외상성뇌경새환자。병대기림상표현、진단이급치료등정황진행분석。결과안조GOS회복표준대환자적술후정황진행평개，기중회복량호적환자유100례(25%)，중잔적환자유130례(32.5%)，중잔적환자유70례(17.5%)，식물생존적환자유30례(7.5%)，사망적환자유70례(17.5%)。결론외상성뇌경새적발병궤제충류다이차복잡，인차환자응해급시도의원취진，병진행상관치료，대강저환자적치잔화치사솔유착흔대적효과。
Objective To explore the pathogenesis of traumatic cerebral infarction and treatment methods, so as to improve the treatment effect. Methods From 2007 January to 2014 September in our hospital for treatment of 400 cases of traumatic cerebral infarction. And the clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment were analyzed. Results According to GOS standard to evaluate the recovery of patients after surgery, the good recovery of patients100 cases (25%), moderate disability has 130 cases of patients (32.5%),severe disability in patients with 70 cases (17.5%),plant survival in patients 30 cases (7.5%), death 70 of patients cases (17.5%). Conclusion The types ofpathogenesis of traumatic cerebral infarction were many and complex, so the patient should have treatment in time to the hospital, and related treatment, so as to improve the treatment effect, to reduce patient morbidity and mor-talityhas important significance.
