目的：查找2013年四个季度血液不合格标本产生的原因并采取相应的预防措施。方法：分析2013年本院拒收的住院患者不合格血液标本255例，根据实际情况分析不合格标本产生的原因。结果：四个季度血液标本不合格率分别为：10.9‰，5.7‰，3.0‰，4.1‰。类型主要有标本凝固，标本量过少，标本污染、标本信息错误及标本溶血，其中以血液标本凝固和标本量过少多见。结论：血液标本的分析前质量控制对检验结果的准确性和真实性尤为重要。检验科需加强与护理中心和临床科室的沟通，及时、准确反馈不合格标本的信息，查找原因并制定相应的整改措施。
목적：사조2013년사개계도혈액불합격표본산생적원인병채취상응적예방조시。방법：분석2013년본원거수적주원환자불합격혈액표본255례，근거실제정황분석불합격표본산생적원인。결과：사개계도혈액표본불합격솔분별위：10.9‰，5.7‰，3.0‰，4.1‰。류형주요유표본응고，표본량과소，표본오염、표본신식착오급표본용혈，기중이혈액표본응고화표본량과소다견。결론：혈액표본적분석전질량공제대검험결과적준학성화진실성우위중요。검험과수가강여호리중심화림상과실적구통，급시、준학반궤불합격표본적신식，사조원인병제정상응적정개조시。
Objective:To explore the cause of unqualiif ed blood samples of four quarter of 2013 and take the corresponding preventive measures to ensure true and reliable test results. Methods:255 unqualified blood samples in our hospital were collected in 2013, results were shown by unqualiif ed rate. Analyzing the cause of unqualiif ed blood samples according to the actual situation.Results:The unqualiif ed rate of blood samples was10.9‰, 5.7‰, 3.0‰, 4.1‰. The unqualiif ed samples were mainly produced by the if ve kinds of reasons:blood coagulation,insufif cient blood volume,pollution,specimen information error and blood hemolysis. Conclusions:The quality control before the analysis of blood samples is very important to accuracy and authenticity of the inspection results.Therefore, Clinical laboratories need to strengthen communication with nursing center and clinical departments to feedback unqualiif ed specimen information timely and accurately, if nd causes and corrective measures.
