目的:探讨TiO2颗粒喷砂处理聚醚醚酮(PEEK)的最佳粒度范围。方法用5种粒度范围的TiO2颗粒(A~E组)对PEEK进行喷砂处理,进行表面粗糙度检测,观察细胞黏附、细胞增殖、细胞形貌,并检测碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性。结果 PEEK的表面粗糙度随着喷砂TiO2颗粒的粒度增大而增加。同时发现了多个峰值的存在,细胞黏附实验OD值的峰值出现在C组(180~212μm TiO2颗粒进行喷砂),数值为0.5662。经过14 d培养,成骨细胞ALP活性峰值出现在D组(>212~355μm TiO2颗粒进行喷砂)。结论 PEEK表面喷砂的最佳TiO2颗粒粒度范围为180~355μm,可为今后PEEK表面改性研究提供重要参考。

목적:탐토TiO2과립분사처리취미미동(PEEK)적최가립도범위。방법용5충립도범위적TiO2과립(A~E조)대PEEK진행분사처리,진행표면조조도검측,관찰세포점부、세포증식、세포형모,병검측감성린산매(ALP)활성。결과 PEEK적표면조조도수착분사TiO2과립적립도증대이증가。동시발현료다개봉치적존재,세포점부실험OD치적봉치출현재C조(180~212μm TiO2과립진행분사),수치위0.5662。경과14 d배양,성골세포ALP활성봉치출현재D조(>212~355μm TiO2과립진행분사)。결론 PEEK표면분사적최가TiO2과립립도범위위180~355μm,가위금후PEEK표면개성연구제공중요삼고。
Objective To find out the best granularity range of TiO2 particles blasting process on polyether-ether-ketone (PEEK). Methods Five kinds of granule range of TiO2 particles(group A-E) were utilized for conducting the surface blasting pro-cess on PEEK. The surface roughness was tested,the cell attachment,cell proliferation and cell morphology were observed and alka-line phosphatase(ALP) activity was detected. Results The roughness of blasted PEEK surface was increased as the increase of TiO 2 particles granularity. At the same time several peak values were found. In the cell attachment test ,the peak OD value appeared in the group C(blasting by 180-212μm of TiO2 particles),which was 0.566 2. After 14 d culture,the peak value of osteoblast ALP activi-ty appeared in the group D(blasting by>212~355μm of TiO2 particles). Conclusion The best granularity range of TiO2 particles for PEEK surface blasting is 180-355μm,which can provide an important reference for the future study of PEEK surface modifi-cation in the future.
