医院医疗管理质量在较大程度上影响医院的生存以及发展情况，因此，提高医疗管理质量是医院当下的重要研究内容，也是医院的奋斗目标。而现阶段，在医疗质量管理中暴露出较多的问题，例如质量意识不高、管理模式、管理理念不够创新、管理工作质量差等。这些问题折射出现阶段的医疗质量管理不够完善，且需要不断对其进行创新、完善，使医疗质量管理模式可以顺应时代的发展要求。要创新、完善当前的质量管理模式，对其现状进行分析尤为必要，只有对出现的不足、问题进行深入的研究，才可以根据当下的发展要求不断完善管理模式，进而为患者提供高质量的服务。
