本文简要论述了孔板流量计的原理,提出一种孔板流量计的简单易行的准确设计方法,选择合适的取压方法,理论计算差压上限,设计多套可以随意更换的孔板,图线标定时确定出流量方程,这样设计出来的孔板流量计精度高,测量范围宽,在整个测量范围内的精度比普通孔板流量计高10%左右,为拓展孔板流量计的使用奠定了基础。

This paper briefly discusses the principle of orifice meter, presents a simple and practicable way for its accurate design, chooses suitable pressure way, calculates the maximum pressure difference, designs a serious of orifices which can be optionally replaced, determines the flow equation when calibration, the orifice flowmeter designed in this way has high accuracy and broad measuring range, in hole measuring range, the accuracy can be increased about 10%, therefore the foundation for expanding the use of orifice flowmeter is established.
