文章对南京市四大保障房片区调研，并通过多项指标考察其公建配套设施情况，采用随机问卷的方式询问保障房片区居民对有关公建配套设施的指标综合评价，分析居民对目前保障性住房片区配套设施的满意度及期待改善的问题，并反映一些南京市保障房建设在前期规划、选址、建设、后期管理等方面存在的问题并对今后的发展提供具体的建议。

This paper explains an investigation on the affordable housing estate area in Nanjing city. It examines the facilities situation by multiple indicators, using a random questionnaires asking for comprehensive evaluation on residential housing supporting facilities in affordable housing estate. The results obtained can be used to analyze the degree of satisfaction of the current residents on supporting facilities and the issues need to be improved in later stage, reflecting some problems of pre planning, location, construction and property management ,etc. Some beneficial specific recommendations are provided for its future development.
