高新技术的发展，互联网的广泛应用，推动了高校图书馆信息服务工作的开展，同时也对咨询馆员提出了更高的要求。从分析高校图书馆咨询馆员的信息服务现状入手，探讨了咨询馆员在信息能力、信息敏感度、信息服务手段及内容方面存在的不足，提出了相应的提升对策，使其适应日趋复杂的信息环境要求，为读者提供更优质高效的信息服务。

ABSTRACT:The development of high-tech and the wide use of Internet promote the development of the university library information service, and at the same time puts forward higher requirements for the reference librarians. Starting from the analysis on the current status of the information service of university library’s reference librarians, this paper probes into some shortages existing in the information ability, information sensitivity, information service means and contents of the reference librarians, and puts forward some corresponding improvement countermeasures for adapting to the increasingly complex information environment requirements and providing more excellent and efficient information service for readers .
