目的：分析慢性胃溃疡行个体化护理的应用效果。方法：收治慢性胃溃疡患者80例，随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组给予个体化护理，对照组给予常规护理，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果：观察组总有效率97.5%高于对照组的77.5%，6个月复发率5.0%低于对照组的25.0%(P＜0.05)。结论：慢性胃溃疡行个体化护理的应用效果显著，可明显提高治疗效果。

목적：분석만성위궤양행개체화호리적응용효과。방법：수치만성위궤양환자80례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조。관찰조급여개체화호리，대조조급여상규호리，비교량조환자적호리효과。결과：관찰조총유효솔97.5%고우대조조적77.5%，6개월복발솔5.0%저우대조조적25.0%(P＜0.05)。결론：만성위궤양행개체화호리적응용효과현저，가명현제고치료효과。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of individualized nursing for chronic gastric ulcer.Methods:80 patients with chronic gastric ulcer were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was given individualized nursing,and the control group was given conventional nursing.The nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate(97.5%) of the observation group was higher than 77.5% of the control group.The half year recurrence rate(5.0%) was lower than 25% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of individualized nursing for chronic gastric ulcer is significant.It can significantly improve the treatment effect.
