目的：总结自制低负压、小导管引流装置持续吸引治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发难治性气胸的护理体会。方法：对采用一次性水封式单腔闭式引流瓶治疗的30例患者(对照组)和对采用自制低负压、小导管引流装置持续吸引治疗的30例患者(治疗组)的临床资料进行分析，总结后者的护理要点。结果：治疗组总有效率、平均肺复张时间和平均住院时间均明显优于对照组，两组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：低负压、小导管引流装置及负压吸引机能使肺组织尽快复张，创口尽快愈合。

목적：총결자제저부압、소도관인류장치지속흡인치료만성조새성폐질병병발난치성기흉적호리체회。방법：대채용일차성수봉식단강폐식인류병치료적30례환자(대조조)화대채용자제저부압、소도관인류장치지속흡인치료적30례환자(치료조)적림상자료진행분석，총결후자적호리요점。결과：치료조총유효솔、평균폐복장시간화평균주원시간균명현우우대조조，량조간비교차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：저부압、소도관인류장치급부압흡인궤능사폐조직진쾌복장，창구진쾌유합。
Objective:To sum up nursing experience of self-made low negative pressure,small catheter drainage device for drainage in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with refractory pneumothorax.Methods:We analyzed the clinical datas of 30 patients who used disposable water seal type single cavity closed drainage and the other 30 patients who used the self-made low pressure,small catheter drainage device continues to attract treatment,and to summarize the nursing points of the latter.Results:The total effective rate,mean pulmonary reexpansion time and average hospitalization time of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low pressure,small catheter drainage device and vacuum suction machine makes the lung re expansion as soon as possible,the wound healing as soon as possible.
