目的：探讨腹部术后早期炎性肠梗阻非手术治疗护理疗效。方法：收治腹部术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者60例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：所有患者均治愈出院，其中2例患者及时转手术治疗之后治愈出院。结论：采用非手术治疗方法结合有效的护理措施可以使腹部术后早期炎性肠梗阻的治愈率得以显著提升。

목적：탐토복부술후조기염성장경조비수술치료호리료효。방법：수치복부술후조기염성장경조환자60례，대기림상자료진행회고성분석。결과：소유환자균치유출원，기중2례환자급시전수술치료지후치유출원。결론：채용비수술치료방법결합유효적호리조시가이사복부술후조기염성장경조적치유솔득이현저제승。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of not operation treatment nursing care of early inflammatory intestinal obstruction.Methods:60 patients with the early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction were selected,and we analyzed the clinical datas of them retrospectively.Results:All of the patients were cured and discharged,in which 2 patients were cured after transfer the operation treatment timely.Conclusion:The non operation treatment method combine with the effective nursing measures can make the cure rate of the early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction improve significantly.
