目的：分析改良急诊护理流程对改善脑梗死临床结局的影响。方法：收治脑梗死患者108例，分为对照组和研究组，各54例，对照组行常规护理，研究组行改良急诊相关护理流程，分析两组效果。结果：研究组第一救治的时间与待手术时间，48 h内病死率和3个月疗效均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：改良急诊护理流程可降低脑梗死患者的死亡率，减少住院时间，进而改善患者的临床结局。

목적：분석개량급진호리류정대개선뇌경사림상결국적영향。방법：수치뇌경사환자108례，분위대조조화연구조，각54례，대조조행상규호리，연구조행개량급진상관호리류정，분석량조효과。결과：연구조제일구치적시간여대수술시간，48 h내병사솔화3개월료효균우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：개량급진호리류정가강저뇌경사환자적사망솔，감소주원시간，진이개선환자적림상결국。
Objective:To explore the influence of improved emergency nursing process for improving the clinical outcome of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:108 patients with cerebral infarction were selected.They were divided into the control group and the research group with 54 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the research group was given improved emergency nursing process,then we analyzed the effect of two groups.Results:In the research group,the first time of treatment and time waiting for operation,mortality within 48 hours and curative effect of 3 months was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Improved emergency nursing process can reduce the mortality of patients with cerebral infarction,reduce hospitalization time,and improve the clinical outcome of patients.
