目的：探讨冠心病患者自我管理能力与焦虑、抑郁的关系。方法：收治冠心病患者124例，采用冠心病自我管理量表(CSMS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)以及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)进行调查。结果：冠心病患者自我管理能力平均分处于中低下水平。冠心病患者焦虑、抑郁发生率分别为38例(30.65%)、42例(33.87%)，同时存在焦虑、抑郁12例(9.68%)。冠心病患者症状管理、不良嗜好管理、疾病知识管理、急救管理、生活管理、情绪认知管理、治疗依从性管理及自我管理总评分与焦虑、抑郁呈负相关(P＜0.05)。结论：冠心病患者自我管理能力水平可影响其焦虑、抑郁情绪，加强患者自我管理能力将有助于改善其负性情绪。

목적：탐토관심병환자자아관리능력여초필、억욱적관계。방법：수치관심병환자124례，채용관심병자아관리량표(CSMS)、한밀이돈초필량표(HAMA)이급한밀이돈억욱량표(HAMD)진행조사。결과：관심병환자자아관리능력평균분처우중저하수평。관심병환자초필、억욱발생솔분별위38례(30.65%)、42례(33.87%)，동시존재초필、억욱12례(9.68%)。관심병환자증상관리、불량기호관리、질병지식관리、급구관리、생활관리、정서인지관리、치료의종성관리급자아관리총평분여초필、억욱정부상관(P＜0.05)。결론：관심병환자자아관리능력수평가영향기초필、억욱정서，가강환자자아관리능력장유조우개선기부성정서。
Objective:To explore the relationship between self-management ability and the anxiety and depression in patients with coronary artery disease.Methods:124 cases of patients with coronary heart disease were investigated with coronary heart disease self-management scale(CSMS),hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) and hamilton depression scale(HAMD).Results:The self-management ability score of the patients with coronary artery disease was in the low level.The anxiety and depression incidences of patients with coronary heart disease were 38 cases(30.65% ),42 cases(33.87% ) respectively,and there were 12 cases(9.68% ) with anxiety and depression at the same time.The symptoms management,bad habits management,knowledge management,emergency management,life management,emotion recognition management,treatment adherence and self-management total score of the patients with coronary heart disease were negatively correlated with anxiety and depression(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-management ability level of patients with coronary heart disease can affect the anxiety, depression emotion,and strengthening self-management ability of the patients could improve their negative emotions.
