目的：研究分析综合护理对冠心病患者生活质量的影响。方法：将100例冠心病患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。对照组给予常规治疗护理，观察组在此基础上给予综合护理。观察两组患者的生活质量、临床情况。结果：两组患者的生活质量、健康状况均得到明显改善，观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组。结论：综合护理有助于改善患者的生活方式，促进患者形成健康行为，提高生活质量。

목적：연구분석종합호리대관심병환자생활질량적영향。방법：장100례관심병환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조50례。대조조급여상규치료호리，관찰조재차기출상급여종합호리。관찰량조환자적생활질량、림상정황。결과：량조환자적생활질량、건강상황균득도명현개선，관찰조생활질량평분명현고우대조조。결론：종합호리유조우개선환자적생활방식，촉진환자형성건강행위，제고생활질량。
Objective:To study the influence of comprehensive nursing care on the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:100 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The control group received conventional treatment and care,while the observation group received integrated care on this basis.The quality of life and the clinical situation of the two groups of patients were observed.Results:Two groups of patients' quality of life,health status were improved,and the scores of quality of life of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can help to improve the patients' life style,promote the formation of health behavior of patients,and improve the quality of life.
