目的:探讨血清嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子在儿童支气管哮喘患者中的变化及意义。方法:应用ELISA法测定44例儿童支气管哮喘以及37例正常儿童血清嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子(Eotaxin)水平。结果:哮喘急性发作期组及慢性持续期组较正常对照组血清Eotaxin水平明显升高(P<0.01),哮喘急性发作期组及慢性持续期组血清Eotaxin水平与外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(Eos)记数、24 h PEF变异率(PEF%)呈正相关,与FEV1占预计值的百分比(FEV1%)呈负相关。结论:血清Eotaxin在儿童支气管哮喘致病过程中发挥重要作用,并与哮喘严重程度以及慢性持续状态有关,针对Eotaxin治疗有可能会开辟哮喘治疗的新方向。

Objective:To explore the changes of eotaxin in serum of patients with bronchial asthma in children and its clinical significance.Methods:ELISA method was used to measure the level of eotaxin in serum of 44 cases of bronchial asthma in children and 37 normal children.Results:In the asthma acute stage group and the chronic persistent period group,compared with the normal control group,the serum level of eotaxin was significantly increased(P<0.01).In the asthma acute stage group and the chronic persistent period group,the level of serum eotaxin was positively correlated with eosinophils count in peripheral blood and 24 hours of PEF mutation rate(PEF%),and it was negatively related with FEV1 percentage of predicted value(FEV1%).Conclusion:The serum levels of eotaxin may play an important role in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma in children.It was related to the severity of asthma and chronic persistent state.Treatment for eotaxin may open up new directions for asthma therapy.
