目的：探讨γ干扰素释放试验在肺结核患者早期诊断中的临床价值。方法：收治初次确诊为肺结核患者150例作为观察组，选择同期健康体检者60例作为对照组，对两组患者进行γ干扰素释放试验和结核菌素试验。结果：观察组在治疗前，通过γ干扰素释放试验对其进行诊断，阳性率明显高于对照组和观察组的治疗后(P＜0.01)；γ干扰素释放试验诊断肺结核患者的特异性与敏感性均高于结核菌素试验(P＜0.01)。结论：γ干扰素释放试验在肺结核患者的早期诊断中，具有较高的敏感性和特异性。
목적：탐토γ간우소석방시험재폐결핵환자조기진단중적림상개치。방법：수치초차학진위폐결핵환자150례작위관찰조，선택동기건강체검자60례작위대조조，대량조환자진행γ간우소석방시험화결핵균소시험。결과：관찰조재치료전，통과γ간우소석방시험대기진행진단，양성솔명현고우대조조화관찰조적치료후(P＜0.01)；γ간우소석방시험진단폐결핵환자적특이성여민감성균고우결핵균소시험(P＜0.01)。결론：γ간우소석방시험재폐결핵환자적조기진단중，구유교고적민감성화특이성。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of γ interferon release test in early diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods:150 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who were first diagnosed as the observation group,and 60 healthy subjects were selected as control group at the same time.We did γ interferon-release assays and tuberculin skin test on the two groups patients. Results:The observation group before treatment,through the γ interferon release test for the diagnosis of its,the positive rate was significantly higher than the control group and the observation group after the treatment(P<0.01); γ interferon release specific test for the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis patients and the sensitivity was higher than that of tuberculin test(P<0.01). Conclusion:γ interferon release test in early diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with high sensitivity and specificity.
