目的：探讨磁共振血管成像(MRA)对颅内动脉瘤的临床诊断价值。方法：收治脑动脉瘤患者18例，回顾性分析其磁共振血管成像表现。结果：18例患者中，发现动脉瘤23个，其中磁共振血管成像共检测出动脉瘤22个，敏感性95.65%(22/23)。结论：磁共振血管成像作为一种无创伤性的血管成像技术，因其具有定位明确、确诊率高等优点，对颅内动脉瘤的诊断有重要价值。

목적：탐토자공진혈관성상(MRA)대로내동맥류적림상진단개치。방법：수치뇌동맥류환자18례，회고성분석기자공진혈관성상표현。결과：18례환자중，발현동맥류23개，기중자공진혈관성상공검측출동맥류22개，민감성95.65%(22/23)。결론：자공진혈관성상작위일충무창상성적혈관성상기술，인기구유정위명학、학진솔고등우점，대로내동맥류적진단유중요개치。
Objective:To explore the value of magnetic resonance angiography in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms.Methods:18 patients with intracranial aneurysm were selected,and manifestations of magnetic resonance angiography were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In 18 patients,23 cases had aneurysms,and 22 aneurysms were detected by magnetic resonance angiography,the sensitivity was 95.65%(22/23).Conclusion:Magnetic resonance imaging was as a noninvasive vascular imaging technology.It had many advantages,such as clear positioning,high diagnosis rate and so on.It had an important value in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms.
