目的：探讨Ⅲ～Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌采用加减沙参麦冬汤联合化疗治疗的临床效果。方法：收治Ⅲ～Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者140例，分为观察组和对照组，每组70例。对照组给予常规化疗治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予加减沙参麦冬汤治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗后观察组生活质量明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：采用加减沙参麦冬汤联合化疗治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌具有较好的效果，且可改善生活质量，减少不良反应，有较高的应用价值。
목적：탐토Ⅲ～Ⅳ기비소세포폐암채용가감사삼맥동탕연합화료치료적림상효과。방법：수치Ⅲ～Ⅳ기비소세포폐암환자140례，분위관찰조화대조조，매조70례。대조조급여상규화료치료，관찰조재대조조적기출상급여가감사삼맥동탕치료，비교량조적치료효과。결과：관찰조치료총유효솔명현고우대조조(P＜0.05)；치료후관찰조생활질량명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)；관찰조불량반응발생솔명현저우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：채용가감사삼맥동탕연합화료치료Ⅲ～Ⅳ기비소세포폐암구유교호적효과，차가개선생활질량，감소불량반응，유교고적응용개치。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of using adjusted Sha Shen Mai Dong decoction combined with chemotherapy treatment in Ⅲ~Ⅳ period non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:140 patients with Ⅲ~Ⅳ period non-small cell lung cancer were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 70 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional chemotherapy treatment.The observation group was given adjusted Sha Shen Mai Dong decoction treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of two groups were compared.Results:The treatment total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the life quality of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using adjusted Sha Shen Mai Dong decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of Ⅲ~Ⅳ period non-small cell lung cancer has better effect.It can improve the life quality,reduce the adverse reactions and has a higher application value.
