目的：探讨龙珠软膏促进混合痔PPH术后创面愈合的临床疗效。方法：将各类型混合痔PPH术后120例患者随机分为对照组及治疗组，各60例，治疗组采用龙珠软膏直肠给药，对照组采用凡士林油纱条填充，观察两组疼痛、红肿、创面愈合及有无吻合口感染等术后并发症。结果：两组疼痛、红肿、创面愈合时间及吻合口感染等术后并发症差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论：龙珠软膏治疗 PPH 术后减轻疼痛，促进创面愈合及防止细菌感染疗效明显，操作方便。

목적：탐토룡주연고촉진혼합치PPH술후창면유합적림상료효。방법：장각류형혼합치PPH술후120례환자수궤분위대조조급치료조，각60례，치료조채용룡주연고직장급약，대조조채용범사림유사조전충，관찰량조동통、홍종、창면유합급유무문합구감염등술후병발증。결과：량조동통、홍종、창면유합시간급문합구감염등술후병발증차이유통계학의의(P＜0.01)。결론：룡주연고치료 PPH 술후감경동통，촉진창면유합급방지세균감염료효명현，조작방편。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Long Zhu ointment promote wound healing after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids PPH.Methods:120 cases of patients with the various types of mixed hemorrhoid postoperative PPH were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 60 cases in each.The treatment group were treated with Long Zhu ointment for rectal administration,and the control group with vaseline gauze packing.We observed the pain,swelling,wound healing and anastomotic infection situation and other postoperative complications of the two groups.Results:There had significantly differences of the pain,swelling,wound healing time and anastomotic infection and other postoperative complications of the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The effect of Long Zhu ointment in the treatment of pain after PPH,promote healing of wound and prevent bacterial infection is curative,an the operation is convenient.
