目的：观察针刺疗法联合益气安心汤治疗室性早搏的临床疗效。方法：将150例室性早搏患者随机分为针刺疗法联合益气安心汤组(治疗组)和慢心律组(对照组)，各75例，对两组的临床疗效进行对比。结果：治疗组痊愈率和总有效率明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：针刺疗法配合益气安心汤治疗室性早搏有显著疗效。

목적：관찰침자요법연합익기안심탕치료실성조박적림상료효。방법：장150례실성조박환자수궤분위침자요법연합익기안심탕조(치료조)화만심률조(대조조)，각75례，대량조적림상료효진행대비。결과：치료조전유솔화총유효솔명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：침자요법배합익기안심탕치료실성조박유현저료효。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture therapy combined with Yi Qi An Xin decoction in the treatment of ventricular premature beat.Methods:150 patients with ventricular premature beat were randomly divided into the acupuncture therapy combined with Yi Qi An Xin decoction group(the treatment group) and the slow heart rhythm group(the control group) with 75 cases in each.The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy combined with Yi Qi An Xin decoction in the treatment of ventricular premature beat have significant curative effect.
