目的：用BMI筛查超重者并进行评估。方法：测量身高、体重，用体重指数(BMI)判断是否超重、肥胖，评估有哪些不利健康的因素。结果：临床医护人员参与患者的体重管理至关重要，可提供危险评估，进行综合性的生活方式干预，可引起就诊者对体重的重视，解决许多慢性病，如高血压、冠心病的潜在危险因素。结论：对超重评估及健康管理可以减少心血管疾病的潜在不利影响。

목적：용BMI사사초중자병진행평고。방법：측량신고、체중，용체중지수(BMI)판단시부초중、비반，평고유나사불리건강적인소。결과：림상의호인원삼여환자적체중관리지관중요，가제공위험평고，진행종합성적생활방식간예，가인기취진자대체중적중시，해결허다만성병，여고혈압、관심병적잠재위험인소。결론：대초중평고급건강관리가이감소심혈관질병적잠재불리영향。
Objective:We used the BMI to screen the overweight and do the evaluation.Methods:We measured the height and weight, and the body mass index was measured by BMI,to determine whether overweight,obesity,evaluated what health hazards. Results:Clinical medical staff involved in the weight management of patients was critical.They can provide a risk assessment, comprehensive lifestyle intervention,and can cause the patient attention to the body,to solve many chronic diseases such as hypertension,coronary heart disease and potential risk factors.Conclusion:The overweight evaluation and health management can solve the potential adverse effects of cardiovascular disease.
