目的：探讨牙源性颌骨囊肿的治疗方法。方法：收治牙源性颌骨囊肿患者40例，根据囊肿的大小来选择不同的术式。结果：经过病例诊断确诊为根端囊肿10例，牙源性角化囊肿13例，牙囊肿17例。采用囊肿刮治术26例，采用开窗引流术12例，采用颌骨节段性切除术2例，所有患者术后愈合良好，无复发病例。结论：手术治疗牙源性颌骨囊肿效果显著，应根据囊肿的具体情况选择相应的术式。

목적：탐토아원성합골낭종적치료방법。방법：수치아원성합골낭종환자40례，근거낭종적대소래선택불동적술식。결과：경과병례진단학진위근단낭종10례，아원성각화낭종13례，아낭종17례。채용낭종괄치술26례，채용개창인류술12례，채용합골절단성절제술2례，소유환자술후유합량호，무복발병례。결론：수술치료아원성합골낭종효과현저，응근거낭종적구체정황선택상응적술식。
Objective:To explore the treatment method of tooth source sex jaw cysts.Methods:40 patients with tooth source sex jaw cysts were selected.The different surgical methods were selected according to the size of the cyst.Results:Through the case diag-nosis,the patients were confirmed in 10 cases of radicular cyst,13 cases of odontogenic keratocyst,17 cases of dentigerous cyst.26 cases were given cyst curettage,12 cases were given fenestration and drainage,2 cases were given jaw segmental resection.All pa-tients healed well after operation,and there was no recurrence case.Conclusion:The operation in the treatment of tooth source sex jaw cysts has significant effect.The corresponding operation is selected according to the specific circumstances of the cyst.
