目的：探讨青光眼持续性高眼压下的手术治疗效果。方法：收治青光眼患者120例(160眼)，分为观察组和对照组，各80眼，对照组接受正常眼压下的手术治疗，观察组接受持续性高眼压下的手术治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：两组患者的眼压、视力等情况较治疗前好，对照组治愈56眼，好转19眼，失败5眼；观察组治愈55眼，好转19眼，失败6眼。差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：采用持续性高眼压下的手术治疗方式，具有与正常眼压下手术治疗同等的临床疗效。且持续性高眼压治疗方式能有效控制并发症的发生率，帮助患者早日痊愈。

목적：탐토청광안지속성고안압하적수술치료효과。방법：수치청광안환자120례(160안)，분위관찰조화대조조，각80안，대조조접수정상안압하적수술치료，관찰조접수지속성고안압하적수술치료。대비량조환자적림상치료효과。결과：량조환자적안압、시력등정황교치료전호，대조조치유56안，호전19안，실패5안；관찰조치유55안，호전19안，실패6안。차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론：채용지속성고안압하적수술치료방식，구유여정상안압하수술치료동등적림상료효。차지속성고안압치료방식능유효공제병발증적발생솔，방조환자조일전유。
Objective:To discuss the effect of surgical treatment of glaucoma persistent high intraocular pressure.Methods:120 patients(160 eyes)with glaucoma were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 80 eyes in each.The control group received the treatment of normal tension of the operation,while the observation group received operation treatment of persistent high intraocular pressure.We compared clinical curative effect of two groups.Results:Intraocular pressure,vision and other conditions of the two groups were better than before treatment.In the control group,56 eyes were cured, improved in 19 eyes,5 eyes failed;in the observation group,55 eyes were cured,improved in 19 eyes,6 eyes failed.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Using persistent ocular surgical treatment,the clinical curative effect is same with the normal intraocular pressure operation.Continuous treatment of high intraocular pressure can effectively control the incidence of complications,and help patients recover soon.
