目的：探讨米索前列醇治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床疗效。方法：收治产后出血患者80例，随机分成观察组和对照组，各40例，对照组在胎儿娩出后给予20 IU缩宫素、6 IU垂体后叶素进行静脉推注，再使用20 U缩宫素进行宫体注射，同时静脉滴注500 mL乳酸林格氏液。观察组在对照组的基础上给予200μg米索前列醇塞肛进行治疗。结果：观察组出血量明显少于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：垂体后叶素、米索前列醇联合缩宫素治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血疗效显著。
목적：탐토미색전렬순치료궁축핍력성산후출혈적림상료효。방법：수치산후출혈환자80례，수궤분성관찰조화대조조，각40례，대조조재태인면출후급여20 IU축궁소、6 IU수체후협소진행정맥추주，재사용20 U축궁소진행궁체주사，동시정맥적주500 mL유산림격씨액。관찰조재대조조적기출상급여200μg미색전렬순새항진행치료。결과：관찰조출혈량명현소우대조조，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：수체후협소、미색전렬순연합축궁소치료궁축핍력성산후출혈료효현저。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia.Methods:80 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group.The control group patients were given 20 IU oxytocin,6 IU pituitrin injected into a vein,and then used 20 U oxytocin palace body injection,and intravenous infusion of 500 mL of lactate Ringer's solution after the delivery of fetus.The observation group received 200g anus misoprostol treatment on the basis of the control group.Results:The amount of bleeding of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of pituitrin,misoprostol combined with oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia is significant.
