目的:探讨儿童哮喘常用气雾剂辅舒酮、普米克、舒利迭对肺功能的改善程度。方法:收治哮喘患儿157例,随机分为普米克组、辅舒酮组和舒利迭组,在治疗初期以及3个月后监测峰流速值(PEF),比较前后2次峰流速值的变化。结果:3组在吸药前、后的峰流速值差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),舒利迭组PEF改善幅度优于辅舒酮、普米克组。结论:3组均可在短期(3个月)中显著改善肺功能PEF值,而舒利迭优于辅舒酮、普米克,糖皮质激素与β2受体激动剂联合应用治疗儿童支气管哮喘优于单独吸入糖皮质激素(辅舒酮、普米克)。

목적:탐토인동효천상용기무제보서동、보미극、서리질대폐공능적개선정도。방법:수치효천환인157례,수궤분위보미극조、보서동조화서리질조,재치료초기이급3개월후감측봉류속치(PEF),비교전후2차봉류속치적변화。결과:3조재흡약전、후적봉류속치차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05),서리질조PEF개선폭도우우보서동、보미극조。결론:3조균가재단기(3개월)중현저개선폐공능PEF치,이서리질우우보서동、보미극,당피질격소여β2수체격동제연합응용치료인동지기관효천우우단독흡입당피질격소(보서동、보미극)。
Objective:To investigate the improvement degree of lung function in children with asthma,after treated with commonly used aerosol flixotide,pulmicort,seretide.Methods:157 children with asthma were randomly divided into three groups,including pulmicort group,flixotide group and seretide group,then we monitored the peak current value(PEF) at the beginning of treatment and after 3 months,and compared the change of peak flow values between two times.Results:The difference in the values of peak flow before and after the medicine suction in three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of PEF in the seretide group were better than the fluticasone group and the pulmicort group.Conclusion:In the three groups,the peak flow velocity of pulmonary function values were improved significantly after inhaled in the short term(3 months),while the seretide group was better than fluticasone group and the pulmicort group,combined corticosteroids andβ 2 agonists(seretide) treated on children with bronchial asthma has better effect than the treatment of exclusive using inhalation glucocorticoid(flixotide,pulmicort).
