目的：探讨Ⅰ期手术治疗左半结肠癌急性梗阻的临床疗效。方法：收治左半结肠癌急性梗阻患者60例，行Ⅰ期手术治疗，观察手术效果。结果：60例患者手术时间(210.9±15.4)min，术中出血(154.7±20.0)mL；Ⅰ期愈合50例(83.3%)，Ⅱ期愈合10例(16.7%)；切口感染1例，并发症发生率1.7%。生存时间：1年59例(98.3%)，3年52例(86.7%)，5年25例(41.7%)。结论：Ⅰ期手术治疗左半结肠癌急性梗阻的临床疗效显著。

목적：탐토Ⅰ기수술치료좌반결장암급성경조적림상료효。방법：수치좌반결장암급성경조환자60례，행Ⅰ기수술치료，관찰수술효과。결과：60례환자수술시간(210.9±15.4)min，술중출혈(154.7±20.0)mL；Ⅰ기유합50례(83.3%)，Ⅱ기유합10례(16.7%)；절구감염1례，병발증발생솔1.7%。생존시간：1년59례(98.3%)，3년52례(86.7%)，5년25례(41.7%)。결론：Ⅰ기수술치료좌반결장암급성경조적림상료효현저。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of left colon cancer with acute obstruction treated with one-stage operation. Methods:60 patients with left colon cancer with acute obstruction were selected.They were given one stage operation treatment. We observed the effect of the operation.Results:In 60 patients,the operation time was (210.9±15.4) minutes,and intraoperative bleeding was (154.7±20) mL.50 cases(83.3%) were primary healing,and 10 cases(16.7%) were healing by second intention.1 case had incision infection,and the complication rate was 1.7% .The survival time:59 cases(98.3% ) had 1 year survival,52 cases(86.7%) had 3 years survival,25 cases(41.7%) had 5 years survival.Conclusion:The clinical effect of left colon cancer with acute obstruction treated with one-stage operation was significant.
