目的：观察二甲双胍联合妈富隆治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素及代谢水平的变化。方法：收治PCOS患者65例，随机分为单纯妈富隆(A)组32例和联用二甲双胍(B)组33例，比较治疗前后的性激素及代谢水平。结果：与治疗前比较，两组治疗后 PRL、FSH、LH 及 T 水平均降低，而 E2水平升高(P＜0.05)，且 B 组改善程度优于 A 组(P＜0.05)。治疗后，B组FIns、HOMA-IR及HOMA-β均较治疗前下降(P＜0.05)。两组TC、TG、HDL-C及LDL-C均呈下降趋势，但仅 TG 和 LDL-C 比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：二甲双胍联用妈富隆可降低性激素水平，调节糖、脂代谢，效果好于妈富隆单药治疗。

목적：관찰이갑쌍고연합마부륭치료다낭란소종합정환자성격소급대사수평적변화。방법：수치PCOS환자65례，수궤분위단순마부륭(A)조32례화련용이갑쌍고(B)조33례，비교치료전후적성격소급대사수평。결과：여치료전비교，량조치료후 PRL、FSH、LH 급 T 수평균강저，이 E2수평승고(P＜0.05)，차 B 조개선정도우우 A 조(P＜0.05)。치료후，B조FIns、HOMA-IR급HOMA-β균교치료전하강(P＜0.05)。량조TC、TG、HDL-C급LDL-C균정하강추세，단부 TG 화 LDL-C 비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：이갑쌍고련용마부륭가강저성격소수평，조절당、지대사，효과호우마부륭단약치료。
Objective:To explore the effect of metformin combined with marvelon on the sex hormone and metabolism in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:40 patients with PCOS were selected.They were randomly divided into the simple marvelon(A) group of 20 cases and combination with metformin(B) group of 20 cases.We compared the level of sex hormone and metabolism before and after treatment.Results:Compared with before treatment,after treatment,PRL,FSH,LH and T levels of two groups were reduced,while the level of E2 was increased(P<0.05),and the improvement of B group was superior than A group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FIns,HOMA-IR and HOMA-beta of B group were decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C of two groups were all decreased,but there was significant difference only between TG and LDL-C(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metformin combined with marvelon can reduce the level of sex hormone,and regulate glucose and lipid metabolism.The effect was better than the single drug therapy with marvelon.
